fish( i used raho,u can use any) 1 kg
wash it aad in salt + viniger rest for some time with lots of ice in it.
*salt + viniger is used to eliminate the odour.whearas ice is used to mature its chunks..
*wheat flour is a good thing to wash d the fish to eliminate d odour.
merinate the fish withgarlic paste1tsp + salt + shan fish masala 1tbsp +red chilli powder 1tp + termaric powder 1/2 tsp +ajwain a pinch + 1/2 cup yogart.mix everthing together & coat the fish.
mix gram flour 1/2 cup + crnflour 1/2 cup.toss the fish in this.u can freeze this for upto 3 months.
when need shallow fry with lil oil on tawa.enjoy with dahi ki chatni & naan.

1 tbsp green chatni(bunch of fresh corriander + bunch of fresh mnt leaves + few green chillies,all purred with a lil water.)

mix all enjoy.
