Crispy Chicken Nuggets



Ingredients:
  • Boneless chicken (large bite size pieces) 400 gm
  • Egg 1
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp
  • Milk 1/4 cup
  • Lemon juice 1 tbsp
  • Oil as needed for frying

For Batter:
  • Plain flour 3 tbsp
  • Corn flour 3tbsp
  • Baking powder 1 tsp
  • Water 1/2 cup
  • Salt 1/2 tsp
  • Black pepper 1/2 tsp

Method:
  1. Marinate chicken in salt, black pepper, egg, milk and lemon juice for 10 minutes.
  2. For Batter: Mix plain flour, corn flour, baking powder, black pepper and salt to make a thick paste with the help of water.
  3. Now heat oil, dip chicken pieces in batter and fry till crispy golden brown.
  4. Serve hot with ketchup
